Maya, artist. 16 years young
Maya is one of our Kidz4Katz junior artists. She loves cats and with her drawings, she was able to contribute significantly to our rescue projects in the Ukraine.
Maya wants to become a psychologist so she can help young Ukrainian children to overcome the traumas of the ongoing war.
Maya is a big fan of movies, yes especially Halloween horror movies.
It was Maya's suggestion to make this limited edition of Halloween inspired cat-cards. This set is a limited edition and it is a 100% Maya exclusive!
All the profit will go to our projects with Dobrokit and Vetexpert.

Halloween 1
Tim Burton's Corpse Bride is Maya's favourite stopmotion movie. The main character is very beautiful and elegant, all in soft blue tones. In Maya's opinion, the Russian Blue breed is perfect for Emily. Their silver-blue colour and deeply coloured eyes remind Maya of the main character in this movie.

Halloween 2
A nightmare on Elm Street, Freddy Krueger. A very popular horror movie with an unusual character. As unusual as the Sphynx breed. Maya knew instinctively that the Sphynx would be perfect as Freddy. The wrinkles of the Sphynx remind her of the unusual skin of the main character.

Halloween 3
Ghostbusters. The card that is different from the others. It does not have a cat in a ghost-hunting suit. But it shows a recognisable ghost from the movie with a cute kitten in his arms. Showing that even ghosts are crazy about furry friends and the cats are not afraid of them. And you, are you afraid of no cats?

Halloween 4
For this drawing, Maya did not choose a particular breed of cat. In each "Scream" movie, under the mask of Ghostface are completely different characters, and everyone can pick their favourite. For this card, you can decide for yourself which breed of cat is hiding under the mask. It gives the card more mystery.

"Chucky" and his bride Tiffany, the two killer dolls known by all. Generally Maya will pick the breed, based on resemblance. She feels that the Exotic is the one that resembles Chucky the best. It is the unique muzzle that reminds her of Chucky. For Tiffany, she did not pick a particular breed, just a white-bride cat.

Tim Burton's "The nightmare before Christmas" with Jack the Pumpkin King and Sally. For Maya it is the Oriental SH that matches with the skeleton Jack because of it's slenderness and sophistication. Sally is a Russian Blue: gentle and fragile with deeply coloured and kind eyes.

Hocus Pocus with the three witches Sarah, Winnie and Mary Sanderson. Sarah, a tall slender witch with long blond hair as the Oriental. Winnie, the strongest and the leader, always worrying about her younger sisters, as a red tabby Exotic, and Mary, the cheerful, plump witch as a British Shorthair with big curious eyes.
